I am based in Leeds in the UK.

I assist clients in a global context with links to France, using Non court dispute resolution (DR)

The courts, in my view, should only be used as a last resort.

I am a trained Family Mediator,

and can offer family mediation in international context,

in French and English

 

Areas of practice/ clients​:

 

  • Assisting French nationals living outside of France, and more specifically in England & Wales and Hong Kong, in areas of Cross border family law, probates and estate planning.

 

  • Assisting clients with interests in France, especially if they do not speak French

 

  • Working with solicitors or foreign lawyers to advise them on French points of law.

All this using non court dispute resolution (NCDR)
